ABBE accredited courses with safeagent Professional Development
This section contains the accredited courses safeagent PD offer through the Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE).
safeagent is proud to be an ABBE Approved Centre with full authorisation to deliver ABBE lettings qualifications.
NOTE: There are no tests to pass for the Level 2 Certificate and Level 3 Diploma qualifications, they are assessed entirely by a portfolio of evidence. However, the Level 2 Award in Awareness of Legionella is assessed by an online test.
On successful completion of the ABBE Level 3 Diploma qualification learners can apply for:
- Membership of Propertymark [previously the Association of Residential Letting Agents]
- Associate membership of the Guild of Letting and Management
- RICS assessment of professional competence
