We are an approved training provider with Rent Smart Wales to provide a range of online training modules specifically for letting agents operating in Wales.

Foundation Lettings Course [Wales]

For details on this course, which Rent Smart Wales has approved for agents to use to apply for a license, enrol yourself onto the free COURSE INFORMATION module HERE where you can access an online enrolment form. This module is not the course itself, it is a module which gives you all the information you need about the course before you apply to do the accredited qualification.

CPD [Continuing Professional Development] for Wales agents

It is a requirement for firms re-licensing with Rent Smart Wales to evidence the requisite training whether that is taking an agent re-licensing course or completing 80 points of CPD.

We are pleased to advise that safeagent is currently the only agent organisation offering Rent Smart Wales approved CPD. The safeagent Wales re-licensing CPD pack consists of the following modules:

The cost per learner for the pack is £60 including VAT.

Important information about tests

You must pass the test at the end of each module and you are allowed two attempts at each test; failing both attempts is rare if you prepare properly and take your time. In the unlikely event that you do fail both attempts, the Head of Learning & Development may, in EXCEPTIONAL circumstances only, allow one further attempt for which a re-sit fee of £12.00 [inc. VAT] will be payable.
